Passion For Life. Quest For Knowledge.
I love that silly movie from the 90’s Joe Vs. The Volcano where the Meg Ryan character says to Tom Hanks, “99% of the world is asleep — the 1% that is awake lives in a constant state of amazement.”
The world is an amazing place. So much to explore and discover in such a short time span. My story is this. In my late 20’s after 7 or so years in a business I didn’t really love, I realized I needed my focus and life’s work to be about things that fired my soul, that allowed me (and others) to grow as human beings. I felt the biggest sandbox for me that I could play in, was the field of mind and consciousness. 30 years went by really quick, and I feel I have only scratched the surface of my understanding.
Early on in my quest, I made a decision about how I would organize my life. I’ve gotten off track a few times over the years but my fundamental drive and orientation hasn’t changed at all really. I came across an old journal I had been keeping, and found a mission statement I wrote some 27 years ago. I could have written it yesterday.
It reads…
“My mission is to find and create the best possible tools to empower people to realize and expand their human potential”
This was fun stuff for me. I got to meet intelligent interesting people. Uncover new knowledge about how the mind works. Push the boundaries (and some people’s patience) of mind technology to the limits. Over the years I developed some pretty intense stuff and sold hundreds of millions worth of cutting edge mind tech products in most every country in the world.
For me my mind development ventures were less about money and success, (even though I liked it, and that aspect gave me resources to do the things I wanted) and more about learning new ways of doing things. I made mistakes, lots of them, mostly with the people I hired to execute my ideas, but then this is part of the entrepreneurs game.
I put together this web site to have a place to announce some of my new projects and keep my personal blog going. Also I have a page here where you can download books and audio and video programs I have created over the years. I will post some of my latest research there and new programs you can try from time to time, so please come back and visit. If you have questions or want to participate in some way, drop me an email. I get hundreds of them so don’t get mad if I don’t respond immediately… but if you think there is something I need to know… please let me know.
